Big Fish Games
For over a year now I have had a subscription with Big Fish Games. It was something to do during lunch or if my mind needed a break while I was on the computer. Farm Frenzy 2 (pictured above) was the game I chose to play more than the free hour in September. It provided the occasional 5-10 minute diversion I needed to refocus my thoughts. Now you know a little bit more about me...

LIAM TURNS ONE!!
Liam turned one on June 12th. His one year old doctor's appointment is tomorrow. We are interested in seeing if he is as skinny as his brother was at this age. We think he might be thinner.... We had two birthday parties for him. One with our family during the Memorial Day weekend and one with friends last Saturday. Here are a couple of cute photos from then.
There are a few more photos below!! We think our little guys look mighty cute in their new hats. Also included is a picture of Lucas' new bear. He went to Build A Bear Workshop for the first time and created his new friend. (We ordered the uniform online because they do not sell Red Sox bear clothes in VA.) He used his birthday money to pay for his new bear too :)

News in the area
So recently our area has been in the news. Yesterday there were some tornadoes and strong winds that blew through. Nothing came close enough to do any damage to our home but some of the footage around other nearby parts of VA have been surreal.
Secondly, my Mom called and asked about a plane crash that she had seen on the news that apparently happened near us. A small two seater plane crashed into a house that is only about 500 feet from the edge of our development. We did not know that it happened because we were at church at the time but now recall an odd smell that afternoon when we were coming home.

Please pray for the family of the father and son who perished in the crash and the young woman, Melissa, who was burned badly. A neighbor who has a friend who knows who owned the house sent me a portion of an email.
"The owner of the house is a friend of my family and is only 24 years old. This was her first house and her sister was staying with her because her boxer had 11 puppies last week. The sister, Melissa is the one who was badly burned in the fire. She is at MCV and is going to be alright, but she has a long road of recovery ahead of her. Chrissy the 24 year old went out to the dollar store to buy some things for the puppies and that is when the plane crashed. She saw the smoke and rushed home. The house is a total loss and so are all of her things. The only thing she has left is her car and the clothes that were on her body when she was out."

What's going on....
Liam is definately pulling himself up to stand whenever possible. We are certain that he will not wait until he is 18 months to walk like another child that we had.
There is a large church near the entrance of our development. Today they were having a car show. We took a walk to see the cars because Lucas had seen them when we had driven by earlier in the day. He liked them all and posed in front of this one, though I do not know what it is. Liam watched from his stroller, all while trying to figure out what was on his head. He'd never worn his hat before.

Spring is here!
It hit 75 degrees already today! We took this cute picture of Liam today. Aunt Melissa gave this outfit to him for last year we assume because it is size 3-6 months; here he is at 9 1/2 months and it still fits fine! (Although it looks like capri pants when he sits :)
